“慕课”对我国精品开放课程建设的启示

Inspiration of MOOC on the Construction of National Quality Open Course Ware

受开放教育资源运动的影响,我国自上而下地开启了精品开放课程建设,亦有部分高校自发借鉴"慕课"模式设置课程,在取得一定成效的同时,也暴露出一些问题:一是部分高校一味追求立项,精品开放课程建设沦为政绩工程;二是精品开放课程中的视频教学演变为"录像版"的课堂教学;三是未对建设项目进行推广与利用;四是建设中缺乏对教师知识产权的保护。借鉴"慕课"模式的成功经验,可以从多方面加强我国精品开放课程建设:一要明晰精品开放课程建设的意义,摆脱"政绩工程"误区;二要改革教学模式,建设"生成式课程"和"翻转课堂";三要开发更符合在线学习规律的游戏式"视频微课程";四要探寻与新教学模式相匹配的教学方法;五要创新教学艺术,增强课堂感染力、吸引力和征服力;六要尝试制度改革,让高校间互相认可开放课程学分;七要加强技术开发,充实支撑在线学习的平台;八要通过技术手段和立法,保护精品开放课程的知识产权;九要加强推广宣传,使精品开放课程能得到充分利用。

Affected by open educational resources movement,national quality open course has been opened from the superior departments in China,and some colleges and universities have learned from MOOC spontaneously. Although they have already made good achievement,there are still many problems: Firstly,some colleges and universities pursue project blindly,which make national quality open course ware become vanity project.Secondly,the video teaching of quality open course has evolved into traditional lecture which has been videoed in advance. Thirdly,the project has not been popularized and utilized. Fourthly,it lacks the protection of intellectual property rights for teachers. Given the outstanding achievements and useful experiences of MOOC,We can learn it from various aspects to strengthen construction of national quality open course ware: Firstly,it is very important to clarify the significance of quality open course ware and step out of misunderstanding area of vanity project. Secondly,it should change teaching mode and construct the generative course and the flipped classroom.Thirdly,it should develop the game- style micro video courses which are more in line with the rule of online learning. Fourthly,it needs to find a teaching method which matches the new teaching mode. Fifthly,it needs to make innovations in the art of teaching,enhance the conquest,and make attraction of students' attention. Sixthly,it can try to reform the credit system,which makes the colleges and universities recognize each other about the open courses' credit. Seventhly,it should strengthen technology development,rich in support online learning platform. Eighthly,it is necessary to protect intellectual property rights for teachers who participate in national quality open course ware,with improving technical means and perfecting legislation. Ninthly,it should strengthen the promotion so that the quality open course can be fully utilized.
