四川省医院信息化建设现状调查研究

The Investigation of Construction Status of Hospital Informatization in Sichuan Province

目的:了解四川省医院信息化现状,分析存在的主要问题,提出进一步推进医院信息化建设的对策建议。方法:采用问卷调查、描述性统计分析方法,调研、分析各级医院情况。结果:信息化建设已受到医院普遍重视,在组织管理、规划制定、人才和资金保障方面有很大进步,信息化水平有所提高。结论:四川省医院信息化建设取得初步成效,但仍存在信息化人员难以满足需求、缺乏清晰发展规划和多元资金支持、标准应用滞后、不同地区、级别医院发展不平衡等问题,应制定切实可行的信息化发展规划,加强医院信息化人才队伍建设,形成医院信息化投入分担机制,促进卫生信息标准应用和落地,加快提升医院信息化建设水平。

Objective: To get to know the status of hospital informatization in Sichuan province, analyze the main problems, and propose countermeasures for further construction of hospital informatization. Method: Investigated and analyzed the situation of hospitals at all levels through questionnaire survey and descriptive statistical analysis. Results: Hospitals has paid much attention to informatization construction, has a lot of progress in organization, management, planning, personnel and investment, the level of information has increased. Conclusion: Informatization construction of hospitals in Sichuan achieved initial success, but there are still some problems, including that human resources is difficult to meet the needs, lack of a clear development plan and pluralistic financial support, lagging in standards application, uneven development level of hospitals in different district and levels, etc. It should formulate practical development plan, strengthen the professional's building, set up sharing mechanism of informatization input, promote standards application, as well as accelerate the improvement of the informatization level of hospitals.
