护理不良事件聚集性信号预警模型的设计与应用

Design and Application of Clustering Signal Early Warning Model of Adverse Nursing Events

目的:研发基于网络平台的护理不良事件聚集性信号预警功能,探讨护理不良事件量化监测和风险预警在患者安全管理改进中的应用效果。方法:以科室系统为区域建立预警规则,设计聚集性信号预警实现过程,对比该系统实施前后的不良事件发生情况。结果:实施前后护理不良事件年发生率由7.0‰下降至4.22‰,聚集性不良事件得到及时改善。结论:护理不良事件聚集性信号预警模型为医院护理不良事件的管理提供了快速、有效的监控和分析,不良事件发生率得到量化控制,为探索科学、可行的患者安全预防体系奠定了基础。

Objective: To research and develop the clustering signal early warning function of adverse nursing events based on the network platform, and explore the application effect of quantitative monitoring and early warning of risks of adverse nursing events in the improvement of patient safety management. Methods: With the area of department system, early warning rules are made, the warning implementation process of clustering signal early is designed, and occurrence of adverse events before and after the implementation of the system is compared. Results: Before and after the implementation, the incidence of adverse nursing events decreased from 7.0‰ to 4.22‰. The clustering adverse events have been improved in a timely manner. Conclusion: The clustering signal early warning model of adverse nursing events provides fast and effective monitoring and analysis to the management of adverse nursing events of hospitals. The incidence of adverse events is quantitatively controlled. It has laid a foundation for exploring the scientific and feasible patient safety prevention system.
