浦东新区卫生信息化“十三五”发展规划的研究

The Research of Health Information Development and Planning for the Thirteenth Five Years Period in Pudong New Area

针对目前浦东新区卫生信息化的建设现状,结合上海市医改要求与医疗卫生事业发展需求,对浦东新区卫生信息化建设存在的问题进行分析,提出了未来"十三五"期间的建设目标与任务,为新区未来五年的信息化建设和发展提供了思路,从而适应"健康中国2020"的战略发展。

Based on the current status of health information of Pudong New Area, combined with the requirements of Shanghai health reform and social development needs, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the health information construction and proposes the construction missions for the Thirteenth Five Years' period, providing the guideline for the information construction and development of the future, so as to adapt to the strategic development of "Healthy China 2020".
