Information has important role for optimizing outpatient service process, improving outpatients' treatment experience and strengthening the quality and safety of health care. This article discussed the experience and effect of hospital outpatient information construction, and put forward to building the core of the platform of reengineering outpatient service process by means of information technology , in order to improve the outpatient service quality, efficiency and patient satisfaction.
