检验标本追踪系统对实验室质控管理的改进作用

The Improvement of Laboratory Quality Control and Management of the Test Specimen Tacking System

目的:应用无线网络和移动终端,构建检验标本生命周期全过程的跟踪管控。方法:通过移动终端扫描患者腕带,从HIS中获取患者的医嘱信息,根据检验项目从知识库中获取试管类型、标本类型和操作提示,系统对标本的各个交接和工作环节进行记录,也包括标本在实验室内的分发、保存、销毁,以及不合格标本处理过程的生命周期管理。结果及结论:简化、明晰了工作程序,加强了环节管理,规范了工作,降低了危险因素和差错发生率,提高了检验标本管理工作的准确性和实效性。

Objective: To build the tracking management and control in the whole life cycle of the test specimen with wireless network and mobile terminal. Methods: Patients' wristbands are scanned with the mobile terminal. Information of doctor' s advice of the patient is obtained from HIS. According to the test item, tube type, type of specimen and operation prompt are obtained from the knowledge base. The system records every delivery and work link of the specimen, including distribution, preservation and destruction of specimens in the laboratory, and the life cycle management of handling process of unqualified specimens. Results & conclusion: The working procedures are simplified and clarified, the link management is strengthened, the work is standardized, the incidence of risk factors and errors is reduced, and the management efficiency and accuracy of test specimens is improved.
