4例新生儿水痘护理

Nursing of 4 Cases of Neonatal Varicella

目的:探讨新生儿水痘的临床护理措施,提高新生儿水痘的护理质量。方法:对2013年1月-2015年3月笔者所在科室住院的4例新生儿水痘患儿进行护理分析。结果:4例患儿均有明确的接触史,典型的皮疹,其中3例并发症肺炎。经过合理治疗和精心护理,4例患儿均治愈出院,无护理并发症发生,未发生院内交叉感染。结论:新生儿水痘少见,且易合并肺炎,及时正确的治疗与精心护理,可有效避免院内交叉感染,预后良好。

Objective:To investigate nursing management and improve nursing quality of neonatal varicella.Method:4 neonates with varicella in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2015 were nursing analyzed.Result:4 neonates with typical rash,they all had clear contact history,included 3 neonates with pneumonia.They were cured and discharged without complication and nosocomial cross-infection by reasonable treatment and careful nursing. Conclusion:Neonatal varicella,a rare disease with high risk of pneumonia,might effectively avoid nosocomial cross-infection and improve curative ratio with favorable prognosis through timely and correct treatment and careful nursing.
