120例脑梗死患者心理状态调查及心理护理

Mental Status and Psychological Nursing of 120 Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:对脑血管病患者心理状态进行调查并对如何做好心理护理进行分析。方法:选取2013年1月-2015年11月本院收治的120例脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用表格答卷的方式调查患者的性格特征、家庭、周围环境特点及其对患者情绪的影响,患者对脑梗死病的心理状态。结果:通过调查,120例脑梗死患者中烦躁不安型32例(26.7%)、忧虑悲观型52例(43.3%)、怀疑敏感型14例(11.7%)、心理稳定型22例(18.3%)。接受治疗后治愈56例,进步59例,总有效率为95.8%(115/120)。结论:针对脑梗死患者心理状态采取行之有效的心理护理,使患者的心理处于积极、乐观、合作的状态,对患者的康复将发挥积极作用。

Objective:To investigate the mental state of patients with cerebral vascular disease and to analyze how to do a good job of psychological nursing. Method:One hundred and twenty cases of confirmed cerebral infarction inpatients admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to November 2015 were selected as the objects.The characteristics of the patients,the patients’ family,the environment,their influence to the patients’ mood,and the mental state of the patients with cerebral infarction using questionnaires.Result:The 120 cases of cerebral infarction patients included 32 cases(26.7%) of dysphoric,52 cases(43.3%) of pessimistic and worry,14 cases(11.7%) of suspicious and sensitive,and 22 cases(18.3%) of mentally stable.After the treatment,56 cases were cured,59 cases were improved,the total effective rate was 95.8%(115/120).Conclusion:Taking effective psychological care in view of the psychological state of patients with cerebral infarction plays an active role in patient’s recovery,which keeps the patient’s mental states in a positive,optimistic,cooperative status.
