长链非编码RNA与糖尿病心肌病的研究进展及其中医药研究

Research progress of LncRNA and diabetic cardiomyopathy and the study of traditional Chinese medicine

长链非编码RNA(longnoncodingRNA,LncRNA)是一类转录本长度超过200个核苷酸且具有不编码蛋白质的功能性RNA分子,由于不参与编码蛋白质,过去被称为基因转录的"噪声"。随着基因组测定的不断发展,研究者发现LncRNA可以通过表观遗传学、转录和转录后水平调控基因和蛋白质的表达。近年研究表明LncRNAs与心脏发育及心血管系统相关疾病密切相关。本文主要从LncRNA的生物学作用阐述与糖尿病心肌病的关系及其中医药研究进展。

Long noncoding RNA is functional RNA molecule with more than 200 nucleotides in length and has not encoding proteins.Due to not participating in the encoding of proteins,in the past it was known as'the noise of gene transcription'. With the continuous development of the genome,the researchers have found that LncRNA can regulate the expression of genes and proteins through the epigenetic,transcriptional and post transcriptional levels. Recent studies show that LncRNAs are closely related to the development of heart and cardiovascular system. This article elaborated the biological role of LncRNA in diabetic cardiomyopathy and the related research progress of traditional Chinese medicine.
