摘要
通过优化涤纶DTY加工中牵伸比、网络压力、变形温度、定型温度、定型超喂和卷绕超喂、D/Y比等工艺条件,研究83dtex/36f轻网高弹涤纶DTY的生产工艺。结果表明:选择牵伸比1.75~1.79,网络压力0.12MPa,变形温度195~197℃,定型温度90~95℃,适当提高定型超喂(5.5%左右)和卷绕超喂(3.7%左右),可得到卷曲收缩率为29.4%的纤维,有利于获得高弹性、蓬松度良好、网络均匀的涤纶DTY。
The production process of 83 dtex/36 f high crimp PET DTY was discussed through the optimization of draw ratio, network pressure, texturing heater temperature, setting heater temperature, set overfeed, take-up overfeed and D/Y ratio. The results show that the crimp contraction rate increases to 29. 4% by selecting draw ratio 1. 75~1. 79, network pressure 0. 12 MPa, texturing temperature 195~197℃ and setting temperature 90~95℃ and increasing set overfeed to 5. 5% and crimp overfeed 3. 7%, which helps to produce PET DTY with high elasticity.
