摘要
基于终端能源消费量,采用碳排放系数法核算并分析1998_2014年杭州市纺织服装产业的碳排放量、碳排放强度和碳生产率等指标,探讨产业发展与碳排放量之间的关系n研究结果表明:1998-2007年杭州市纺织服装产业的碳排放量增长较快,年平均增长率约为13%,2007-2014年碳排放量在1169万~1294万tCO2/a波动;纺织业的碳排放量占比最大,其次是化纤业和服装业:1998-2014年产业的碳排放强度呈现下降趋势,碳生产率呈上升趋势;纺织业的碳排放强度最大,服.装业的碳生产率最高;纺织服装产业规模的增长速度大于碳排放量的增加速度,节能减碳效果开始显现.
Based on terminal energy consumption, carbon emission coefficient method was used to calculate and analyze the amount of carbon emissions, carbon emission intensity and carbon productivity of textile and apparel industry in Hangzhou during 1998-2014. The relationship between industrial development and the amount of carbon emissions was discussed. The results show that the total amount of carbon emissions of textile and apparel industry in Hangzhou increases fast from 1998 to 2007. The average annual increasing rate is 13%. The total amount of carbon emissions fluctuates between 11. 69 ~12. 94 million tons CO2 per year during 2007 -2014. The ratio of carbon emissions in textile industry is the largest, followed by chemical fiber manufacture industry and apparel manufacture industry. The carbon emission intensity decreases during 1998 -2014 while the carbon productivity increases. The carbon emission intensity of textile industry is the largest and the carbon productivity of apparel manufacture industry is the highest. The increasing rate of the industry scale is larger than the increasing rate of carbon emissions due to the promotion of energy conservation and carbon reduction policies.
