中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的转化医学实践

Experiences about translational medicine of traditional Chinese medicine on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

近年来,转化医学的理念逐渐融入我国科技战略决策和重大科技项目,中医药在转化研究方面取得了长足进步,但总体仍处于较低水平。本研究小组围绕中医药防治非酒精性脂肪性肝病进行了长达十余年的基础和临床研究,在转化医学理念的启发下,形成了一些初步的成果。本研究小组的实践和发展历程,或许对开展中医药转化研究有所启示。

Recently the concept of translational medicine is gradually merging into our na-tional technology strategic decision making and key science and technology project. Research in this field of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) has also obtained great enhancement and made remar-kable progress, however, most of these research is still in the initial stage. Our research team has fo-cus on the basic and clinical research about prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver di-sease ( NAFLD) more than ten years. Inspired by translational medicine’s ideas, we have reached some achievements concerning the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome classification, therapy schemes with different stages with NAFLD. Our research experience and development process in pre-vention and treatment of NAFLD are expected to provide some consolidated references for translational research of TCM.
