一种机运调度综合管理系统的设计和实现
摘要
在信息化建设的大背景之下,本文建立了一套石油企业铁路业务的信息化系统,为石油企业运输部门的全部作业提供安全可靠的平台,实现了无声化的指挥、自动智能的管理,提高了石油企业的生产效率.
