大学章程中大学图书馆的定位 被引量：3

摘要 大学章程中图书馆的定位直接决定了大学图书馆的生存策略与发展方向.通过梳理国内外大学章程中图书馆要素,并进行针对性地归纳分析,有助于大学图书馆获得科学理性定位.分析表明大学图书馆馆长应兼具管理者和专家的双重资格;馆藏资源是实体和数字化资源的“复合体”;图书馆功能表现为基本功能与社会功能及图书馆服务向多元化、深层次服务的转变.可以说,这些要素奠定了图书馆定位与发展的基础.
