摘要
防汛抢险情况复杂,时效性要求极高。为了高效地进行防汛抢险,基于GIS技术开发了防汛抢险信息系统,该系统包括等深线叠加分析、断面分析、冲淤分析、工程设计等功能。系统在2013年长江七坝岸段崩岸抢险中发挥了巨大作用,分析了险情的原因,设计了初步方案,及时为抢险工作提供了信息,减少了损失。还对七坝工程完工后进行效果分析,显示工程效果较好。
Flood control emergency is complex and timely. In order to work efficiently, this paper developed a flood control emergency information system, which contains modules of isobath overlaying analysis, section analysis, scouring and silting analysis and project design. This system had the huge effects on bank collapse emergency of Qiba segments of Yangtze River in 2013. The system analyzed the reason of the danger, designed the project, and reduced the loss of danger based on the information provided timely. The system also analyzed the effect after the completion of the Qiba project. So developing flood control emergency information system is necessary.
