摘要
依据CFIP量表,定义了隐私关注模型CFIP维度,设计了移动商务用户隐私关注前因量表,采用Cronbach’s alpha系数和验证结构方程,对收集到的249名移动商务用户的网络调查数据进行信效度实证分析,结果表明,隐私关注前因量表的信度和效度均达到了理想状态。
In accordance with CFIP Scale, the CFIP dimensions of privacy concern model were defined, and the antecedent scale of mobile commerce users' privacy concerns was also designed. This paper conducted validity and reliability analysis on the online survey data collected from 249 m-commerce consumers, using Cronbach's alpha coefficients and structural equation modeling methods. The results show that both the reliability and validity of the antecedent scale of privacy concerns have reached the desired state.
