摘要
在对河南交通运输人才状况调研的基础上,运用灰色系统理论分析得到了交通运输人才量与各影响因素之间的关联度,并建立了交通运输人才需求预测的多元线性回归预测模型和灰色GM(1,1)预测模型,所得结论对优化和完善河南省交通运输人才培养和保障体系,促进经济社会发展有着重要意义。
Based on the study of the situation of communication and transportation talents in Henan, the correlation degree between the amount of communication and transportation talents and various influencing factors is analyzed and got by using the grey system theory. Multivariate regression prediction model and grey GM(1,1)prediction model for forecasting the demand on communication and transportation talent are established. The results has important significance for optimizing and improving the Henan communication and transportation talent training and security system, and promoting the economic and social development.
