摘要
河南是"一带一路"线路的中心节点,其悠久、丰富的文化资源具有明显的地域性。但目前河南文化产业的发展在思维开放、资金投入、创意人才培养、技术创新上仍存在较多局限与失衡。"一带一路"战略文化新格局为河南文化创意产业发展带来了机遇与挑战。在合理规划的基础上,树立创新思维、打造创意文化品牌、创建多种投资模式、建立"产学研"创意团队、创新文化产品与服务,是河南文化产业面对"一带一路"战略机遇与挑战的发展对策。
As the center code of the Belt and Road (B&R), Henan province has long historic and rich cultur?al resources which have obvious region characteristics. However, there is so much limitation and unbalance on the openmind, capital investment, creative talents cultivation and technology innovation in the present develop?ment of cultural industry in Henan. The new cultural situation of B&R strategy provides opportunity and chal?lenge for the development of Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) in Henan. Establishing creative ideas, building creative cultural brand, variegating investment models, founding the creative team of production, study and research and innovating production and service on the base of reasonable programming are the development strategies of Henan cultural industries in face of the strategic opportunities and challenges of B&R.
