摘要
[目的]探讨个体化营养护理对食管癌三维适形放疗病人生活质量和营养状态的影响。[方法]将74例食管癌三维适形放疗病人随机分为观察组和对照组各37例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个体化营养护理。护理1个月后比较两组病人的营养状况,采用生活质量综合评定量表(GQO-LI 74)对两组病人生活质量进行评估。[结果]观察组病人护理1个月后体重指数(BMI)、三角肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、转铁蛋白(TFN)、前白蛋白(PA)、血清白蛋白(ALB)指标恢复均高于对照组,GQO-LI 74评分中社会功能、物质生活、心理功能以及躯体功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]对食管癌三维适形放疗病人进行个体化营养护理可改善病人的营养状态、提高生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect on the improvement of the nutritional status and quality of life in esophageal dimensional conformal radiation therapy patients after application of individualized nutritional care.Methods:In strict accordance with the inclusion criteria selected out from January 2014 to December 2014,74 patients with esophageal carcinoma dimensional conformal radiation therapy were randomly divided into observation group(37cases)and control group(37cases);control group received usual care and observation group received individualized nutritional care.After one month of nursing,nutritional status of the two groups were compared;using the Quality of Life Assessment Scale Integrated(GQO-LI 74)to evaluate the quality of life of two groups of patients.Results:After one month's nursing,BMI,TSF,TFN,PA and propagated indicators in the observation group were higher than that in control group and statistically significant(P<0.05).The social function,material life,psychological function and physical function scores of GQO-LI 74 in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Take individualized nutritional care on esophageal cancer patients after dimensional conformal radiotherapy can improve the nutritional status of the patients and their quality of life.
