肿瘤科护士工作压力源的分析及对策 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]了解肿瘤科护士的压力来源,提出减轻护士工作压力的措施,维护护士的心身健康。[方法]采用中国护士工作压力源量表对福建省肿瘤医院126名临床护士进行问卷调查。[结果]肿瘤科护士总体压力源得分为2.21分±0.84分,处于中度压力等级。在工作量及时间分配方面、工作环境及资源方面、护理专业及工作方面、病人护理方面4个维度得分也处于中度压力等级,而从工作压力源单项分析得出担心工作中出现差错事故是最大的影响因素。[结论]肿瘤科护士的压力源是多方面的。根据压力源提出针对性的措施,通过合理排班、加强护士的专业培训、提高护士的待遇及社会地位、提高自身的心理素质等方面缓解护士的工作压力源。 Objective:To know about the stressors of oncology nurses,then put forward the measures for relieving job stress of nurses and maintaining the nurses' physical and mental health.Methods:A total of 126 clinical nurses working in Fujian Province Cancer Hospital were investigated and analyzed with The Nurse's Job Stressors Questionnaire.Results:The total stressor score was 2.21±0.84,which was ranked in a moderate level.The four dimensions scores were also in a moderate level including the aspects of workload and time allocation,working environment and resources,nursing profession and career issues,and the patients' care.The single analysis of job stressors showed that the biggest influencing factor was worrying about the working errors.Conclusion:The job stressors of nurses in the department of oncology came from many aspects.It was necessary to take corresponding countermeasures according to the stressors,such as scientific and reasonable shift arrangement,strengthening nurses' professional training,improving the treatment and social status of nurses,improving their psychological quality to alleviate the job stressors of nurses.
