摘要 路面在长期的交通荷载与气候条件等因素的影响作用下,各项路用性能下降,广泛出现车辙、贫油、轻微网裂等病害,若待路面结构层因自然及行车因素导致结构层严重损坏时再采取大、中修的方式进行维修,耗时长增加车辆行驶的安全隐患而且耗资巨大经济上不合理。新型的预防性养护工艺,超薄磨耗层罩面具有耐磨耗、抗滑、降低行车噪音提高路面平整度及美观效果等特点。本文主要结合我省沈海高速公路预防性养护项目对超薄磨耗层预防性养护施工技术进行浅析介绍。 Pavement under the influence of long-term traffic loading and climatic conditions and other factors, the decline in road performance, widespread rut, lean, slight crack net and other diseases appear.The pavement layer due to natural factors and vehicle structure layer which is not repaired until it is repaired comprehensively of severe damage, the work is time-consuming with an increasing vehicle safety problems and the enormous economic cost is unreasonable. The new preventive maintenance process wear thin overcoat layer has its advantages of abrasion, skid, reduce noise and improve the driving surface flatness and aesthetic effect and so on. In this article, it is introduced the combination with the province of Shen-hai highway project preventive maintenance and preventive construction technique conservation wear thin layer of introduction.
