试论当代中国“工匠精神”及其培育路径

A Brief Study on the Contemporary Craftsman Spirit in China and Its Cultivation Paths

在十二届全国人大四次会议政府工作报告中,李克强同志提出"培育精益求精的工匠精神"。从中国古代工匠精神入手,解读中国当代工匠精神的新内涵。通过解读世界各国工匠精神,为我国当代工匠精神的培养提供有益借鉴。研究中国当代工匠精神及其培养路径对我国加快国内产业升级,由制造业大国迈向制造业强国,完成"中国制造2025"计划具有重要现实意义。

In the government work report of the 4th session of the 12 th National People's Congress, Premier LI Ke-qiang put forward to cultivate the craftsman spirit, which is explained as pursuing excellence at work. The new connotation of Chinese contemporary craftsman spirit is started with the spirit of Chinese ancient craftsman spirit, and the explanation of the craftsman spirit of some other countries. By doing this,we can provide useful reference for the cultivation of the contemporary craftsmen spirit in our country. The brief study on the contemporary craftsman spirit in China and its cultivation paths is of great practical importance to the acceleration of industrial upgrade and the promotion of the domestic manufacturing industry to the top ones in the world, particularly, the completion of the China Made 2025 Plan.
