On the Employment Quality Evaluation of Higher Vocational Colleges Graduates and the Information Platform Construction

本文以高职院校软件技术专业为例,研建了针对高职院校毕业生就业质量评价指标体系,形成了多维毕业生就业质量评价模型,运用现代信息技术和方法开发毕业生就业质量评价信息化平台。研究成果对于分析高职院校毕业生就业质量及其发展趋势,推动高职院校专业建设、教学内容和课程体系等方面的改革及宏观决策等方面具有重要的现实意义。

This article took software technology as an example, and conducted a research on vocational college graduates employment quality evaluation index system, and formed the multidimensional graduates' employment quality evaluation model by using modern information technologies and methods to develop graduates employment quality evaluation information platform. The research results has important practical significance for the analysis of higher vocational college graduates' employment quality and its trend of development, promotion of the specialty construction in higher vocational colleges, teaching content and course system and the reform and macro decision-making.
