摘要
汽车发动机活塞销、活塞销挡圈的装配是发动机装配过程中的一个重要环节。针对传统手动装配方式耗时费力,成本高的问题,设计并制造了一种活塞销挡圈自动化安装的装置。分析了其结构原理和工作过程,搭建了基于PC的软PLC的控制系统,通过现场总线和串口通讯实现了对现场设备的用监控,采工业以太网完成数据向上位机的快速传输,能够对现场工作状态进行实时监控并及时反馈故障数据,结果表明该装置安装速度快,合格率高,控制系统稳定可靠。
The assembly process of automobile engine piston pin and piston pin retainer is an important link in the process of engine assembly. Traditional manual method is time consuming and high-cost. An engine piston pin and piston pin retainer installation device can assemble automatically is designed and manufactured to solve the issue above. Structure principle and working process was analyzed and the soft PLC control system on the basis of PC was established. The monitoring information of field devices was realized by industrial Ethernet and the data was fast uploaded to the upper computer by the industrial Ethernet. The control system is able to Implement Real-time monitoring and Feedback failure data. The practice shows that the Installation is fast and the percent of pass is high,adaptable,stable and reliable control system was reliable.
