尖锐湿疣患者血清IL-23及IL-17水平检测的意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的:通过对复发与未复发尖锐湿疣(CA)患者血清中白介素-23(IL-23)和白介素-17(IL-17)水平的检测,探讨CA复发与患者外周血IL-23、IL-17水平的相关性。方法:选取52例初发尖锐湿疣患者,经电灼治疗后外用重组干扰素ɑ-2b凝胶2个月,共随访4个月后,分为复发组(29例)和未复发组(23例);另选取健康对照组(30例),采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测各组血清IL-23、IL-17水平。结果:3组间IL-23、IL-17水平的差异具有统计学意义(F=774.51,P<0.001;F=132.05,P<0.001)。未复发组血清IL-23、IL-17水平高于复发组和对照组(P<0.05),复发组IL-23水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:IL-23、IL-17水平影响CA的复发。 Objective: To investigate the relationship of serum level of interleukin-23( IL-23) and interleukin-17( IL-17) in patients with relapsed or cured condyloma acuminatum( CA). Methods: Fifty-two patients with primary CA were initially treated with electrocautery ablation of the warts and topical agent of recombinant human interferon alpha-2b gel for consecutive 2 months,and followed up for 4 months. Then the patients were assigned to relapse group( n = 29) and cured group( n = 23). Another 30 healthy subjects were recruited as controls. Peripheral serum levels of IL-23 and IL-17 were determined with ELISA in the three groups of subjects. Results: Overall,the IL-23 and IL-17 levels were different in the three groups( F = 774. 5,P〈0. 001;F = 132. 05,P〈0. 001). Patients with cured CA had higher serum level of IL-23 and IL-17( P〈0. 05),and those with relapsed CA had higher level of IL-23 than the controls( P〈0. 05). Conclusion IL-23 and IL-17 levels are associated with relapse of CA.
