摘要
利用分子手段进一步明确了螯虾科的系统进化关系。以螯虾科18个物种的线粒体基因序列为材料,利用其12S rRNA和COⅠ基因序列,并选用普通滨蟹(Carcinus maenas)为外群,应用MEGA 6.0软件,采用邻接法和最大似然法构建分子系统进化树,基于Kimura双参数模型计算螯虾科种间遗传距离。根据树形拓扑结构分析发现,所得结果与形态学建立的螯虾科的分类体系基本一致。
The Cambaridae phylogenetic relationship were further elucidated by molecular methods. According tomitochondria genome sequences of 12S rRNA and CO I gene from 18 species of Cambaridae, while Carcinus maenas wasset as outgroup, the phylogenetic trees were constructed by neighbor joining (NJ) and maximum likelihood (ML) methodsbased on MEGA 6.0. Interspecific genetic distances were calculated based on the Kimma-2 parameter model. The resultsindicated that the phylogeny of molecular classification the same as morphology classification.
