血管内皮生长因子的研究进展

Research progress of vascular endothelial growth factor

血管形成和骨形成是骨生长、发育、重建和修复过程中两个密切相关的过程。血管内皮生长因子不仅能特异性的作用于内皮细胞而促进内皮细胞的增殖和新血管的形成,还可调节骨髓间充质干细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞的功能和活性,从而在骨形成过程中发挥重要作用。本文就血管内皮生长因子的特征及其对骨髓间充质干细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞的作用和机制作一综述。

Angiopoiesis and osteogenesis are closely related in the process of bone growth,development,rebuilding and repair,Vascular endothelial growth factor can not only specifically acts on endothelial cells to promote the proliferation of endothelial cells and the formation of new blood vessels,but also play an important role in bone formation. It can regulate the function and activity of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,osteoblasts and osteoclasts. This paper mainly reviews the characteristics of vascular endothelial growth factor,its function and mechanism on bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,osteoblasts and osteoclasts.
