补救性肝移植治疗复发性肝癌的应用与评价
摘要
肝移植是治疗早期肝细胞癌一种有效的手段，因其可同时清除肿瘤病灶和肝硬化背景，对于符合标准的患者移植后5年生存率可高达70％，复发率低于10％。然而，供体器官的严重短缺造成无数肝癌患者在等待过程中丧失了手术时机。
