CT影像对急性胰腺炎的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of CT imaging diagnosis of acute pancreatitis were analyzed

目的分析CT影像对于急性胰腺炎的诊断价值。方法将经由多层螺旋CT影像诊断后确诊为急性胰腺炎的64例患者的CT影像特征、病理学结果以及腹膜穿刺的检测结果进行分析,从而分析CT影像能否准确诊断出急性胰腺炎。结果 64例患者中有48例为急性水肿型患者,有16例为出血坏死型患者,诊断结果与CT影像的诊断结果完全一致,CT影像的诊断准确率高达100%。结论多层螺旋CT影像能够准确地诊断出多种类型的急性胰腺炎,有助于为患者提供及时的治疗,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT image analysis for the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Methods A hospital in CT imaging features 64 patients with acute pancreatitis were diagnosed via multi -slice spiral CT imaging,pathology results and the test results of per-itoneal puncture comprehensive study to analyze CT images can accurate diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Results Among 64 patients,48 cases of a-cute edematous patients,16 cases of hemorrhagic necrosis in patients with diagnosis diagnostic results and CT images,the diagnostic accuracy of CT images was up to 100%.Conclusion Spiral CT imaging can accurately diagnose various types of acute pancreatitis,help provide patients with timely treatment and should be introduced in clinical practice.
