摘要
从社会交换视角出发,选取江苏省200名高职院校辅导员作为研究样本,对辅导员心理契约与工作满意度的关系进行实证研究。结果表明,两者之间存在显著的正线性相关关系。高职院校和辅导员之间对责任和义务的期望及认知是影响辅导员职业行为和态度的重要因素。要重视心理契约的存在,优化辅导员与学校之间隐性和显性契约关系,建立符合现代管理科学的辅导员与高校的关系。
From the social exchange perspective, a research sample of 200 counselors from Jiangsu Province isstudied by tracking survey and questionnaire survey. Data on their work time, work reward, job satisfaction,work ability and college evaluation are obtained and analyzed. Based on SPSS20.0 for data analysis and processing, the paper conducts an empirical study on the relationship between counselors' psychological contract and jobsatisfaction. The results show that there is a significant positive linear correlation between the two. Expectations andawareness of their responsibilities and obligations between vocational college and the counselors form an importantfactor that affects their behavior and attitude. We should pay attention to the existence of psychological contract,optimize the implicit and explicit contractual relationship between the counselors and colleges, establish a relationshipbetween the counselors and the colleges in accordance with the modern management science.
