摘要
"双师型"师资队伍建设是我国高等职业教育发展的重要保障,学习职业教育发达国家师资队伍的建设经验,有助于我国职业教育的健康发展。通过对日本职业训练指导员的培养模式与中国高等职业院校"双师型"教师培养模式的对比,探索符合高等职业院校内涵建设时期"双师型"教师的培养机制。
The construction of a “double-quality” teaching staff is an important guarantee for the developmentof higher vocational education in our country. Learning from the experiences in the construction of teachingstaff of vocational education in the developed countries is conducive to the healthy development of the vocationaleducation in our country. Based on a comparison of the training mode of the Japanese vocational traininginstructor and the Chinese training mode of “ double -quality” teachers in higher vocational colleges thepresent paper explores the education mechanism in accordance with the “ double -quality” teachers in thehigher vocational colleges connotation construction period.
