摘要
现代职业教育体系的重点是形成中职、高职、本科到研究生的有机衔接。而衔接的根本是教学标准和课程标准的衔接。文中针对中高本衔接中存在的问题,由调研出发,在理清汽运专业人才岗位分布的基础上,深入开展职业能力分析,构建职业能力框架,形成具有中高本衔接特色的教学标准与课程标准。
Modern vocational education system focuses on the formation of cohesive link from secondary higher vocational, undergraduate to graduate education, as the teaching standards and curriculum being the basis of the link.Aiming at solving the problems in the link system, this paper starts with survey of clarifying the graduates' post of Automobile program, analyzes the vocational competency in-depth, develops the vocational competency framework and high teaching standards and the characteristics of the bridging course standard.
