From Shared Market to Industry Convergence:the Economic and Trade Cooperation between China and the Pacific Alliance

太平洋联盟是当前拉美地区最开放、最有活力和聚合力的区域经济合作组织之一,也是深化中国与拉美经贸合作的新平台。太平洋联盟各成员国与中国的经贸关系发展势头良好,相互之间的商品贸易持续高速增长,双边经贸合作日趋紧密。随着国际经济格局新变化和中国经济进入"新常态",太平洋联盟与中国全面推进经贸合作、加快互联融合多赢发展的相互意愿日益增强。未来太平洋联盟与中国的经贸合作发展方向正在从商品贸易为主向服务贸易拓展,并逐步转向相互投资与产业合作的快速增长,呈现出从市场共享逐步向跨国产业融合延伸发展的新趋势,终将构建起以全球价值链为基础的互联融合多赢的新型经贸合作关系。

The Pacific Alliance is the most open,the most dynamic regional economic cooperation organization in Latin America. It is a new platform to deepen economic and trade cooperation between China and Latin America as well. There is a good momentum of development in economic and trade relations among the member states of the Pacific Alliance and China. Their merchandise trade grows continuously and rapidly,bilateral trade and economic cooperation becomes increasingly closer. With the new changes in the international economic structure and the gradual transition of China＇s economic growth to the new normal,the Pacific Alliance has increasingly strong willingness to comprehensively promote economic and trade cooperation with China,to accelerate convergence and win- win development. The future development direction of economic and trade cooperation between Pacific Alliance and China will expand from merchandise trade to service trade,and gradually turn to mutual investment and industrial cooperation. It will show a new trend of gradual extension from shared market to transnational industrial convergence. Eventually,it will build up a new economic and trade cooperation of convergence and win- win development based on global value chains.
