摘要
知识共享群体规模的扩大使员工之间的社会合作机制由直接互惠转向间接互惠,进而改变了企业对激励方式的选择策略。基于大规模知识共享的研究背景,尝试突破传统的以重复博弈为基础的研究模式,通过建立间接互惠下的企业知识共享氛围演化模型,分析和比较了外在激励与内在激励对知识共享氛围形成的影响,并探讨了两种激励方式选择的基本策略。模型显示,企业激励过程中出现执行偏差的可能性越大,内在激励的成本转换率越高,挤出效应越明显,则内在激励越应当成为企业的优先选择。
The increase of knowledge sharing group brings changes to the social cooperation mechanism among staff members from direct benefits to indirect benefits,and further changes the enterprises' choice strategies of incentive methods. With large-scale knowledge sharing,we try to break through the traditional analysis with repeated games,and build a knowledge sharing climate evolutionary model based on the indirect benefits that may help compare the effects of intrinsic incentive and extrinsic incentive on the forming of knowledge sharing,and investigate the basic strategies guiding the choices of the two incentive methods.The analysis of the model reveals that in the incentive process in enterprises,higher possibility of implementation errors,higher cost of switching and more distinctive crowd-out effect,the more intrinsic incentive method should be the choice of the enterprises with priority.
