运输性应激对文昌鸡生理指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究运输应激对文昌鸡生理指标的影响,选取120d文昌鸡90只,进行80km运输(平均时速:80km/h),观察文昌肉鸡在运输过程中的生理变化,记录运输前、后的生理指标。结果表明:1运输应激使文昌鸡的只平均体重由运输前的1.65kg降到运输后的1.615 kg,为运输前的97.88%,总耗重率为2.12%;2运输应激还提高了文昌鸡的体温、呼吸频率和心率,分别由运输前的41.5℃、161.6次/min和40.9次/min升高到运输后的42.1℃、172.5次/min和44.7次/min。综合认为,运输应激可对文昌鸡的生理指标产生重要影响。
