摘要
环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)是由Notomi等建立的一种核酸扩增技术,该方法最大的优点是能够在63-65℃的等温条件下扩增特定DNA序列,并在30~60min内可以观察到结果。LAMP已经成功用于许多病毒的检测,在本文中,主要概述LAMP技术原理及其在家禽病毒病检测中的应用。
Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is an amplification method developed by Notomi et al and has been applied successfully for the detection of many viruses. This paper introduced LAMP technology principle and its application in poultry virus disease detection.
