摘要
利用80%Ar+20%CO2气体做为保护气体对Q235钢及14MnMoNbB钢两种材料进行了焊接,对焊缝组织进行了理论分析,并对异种焊接接头进行了机械性能检测、金相组织观察及硬度分布测试。试验表明,通过工艺参数优化后能够使两种钢焊接性能达到要求。
Two types of steel, 235 and 14MnMoNbB, are welded with the protective gas, 80% Ar and 20% CO2. The welding joint structure are analyzed. The machanical properties, metallographic structure and hardness distribution of the dissimilar welding joints are tested. The testing tesults show that the properties of two types of steel achieve the requirements.
