摘要
壳聚糖(CS)和海藻酸钠(SA)具有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性,是优良、廉价的天然高分子材料,可作为制作微胶囊的药物载体,因而倍受国内外医药界及相关研究人员的关注。阐述了CS-SA微胶囊制备技术的原理,综述了其主要的制备方法以及其在生物医学等领域的应用情况,并对今后微胶囊技术的发展进行展望。
Chitosan and sodium alginate are the excellent,low-cost natural polymer materials with good biological compatibility and biodegradable properties.It can be used as a drug carrier for prepared microcapsule,so is widely concerned by domestic and international pharmaceutical industry and related researchers.The technical principles were summarized and the main methods of prepared microcapsules were described.The application in the field of biomedicine and food industry,and the developments of microencapsulation technology were forecasted.
