摘要
以聚酯二元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷等为原料合成一系列含氟、硅丙烯酸酯改性的水性聚氨酯乳液。利用红外光谱仪、接触角测量仪、锥形量热仪等对合成的水性聚氨酯进行结构表征和性能测试,结果表明:氟、硅被成功引入到聚氨酯结构中;乳液离心后仍表现出良好的稳定性;胶膜与水的接触角由68.6°增加至110.5°,吸水率由13.60%下降至1.15%,材料具有良好的疏水性能;材料的热稳定性和残炭率得到提高;最大热释放速率和总热释放量分别由288.7kW/m^2和15.87MJ/m^2下降至193.6kW/m^2和9.35MJ/m^2,提高了材料的阻燃性能;另外,材料的物理机械性能也得到一定程度的改善。
A series of fluorine,silicon acrylate modified waterborne polyurethanes was synthesized by polyester diol,toluene diisocyanate,methylmethacrylate,dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate andγ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane.The polyurethanes' structure and performance were characterized by FT-IR,surface contact angle measurement and cone calorimeter.The results showed that fluorine and siloxane were successfully introduced into the polyurethane chain segment and the emulsion still exhibited good stability after centrifugation.The contact angle of polyurethane film with water increased to 110.5°from 68.6°,and the water absorption decreased to 1.15% from 13.60%,indicating that the materials had good hydrophobic properties.Thermal stability and char yield of the material were improved.The peak heat release rate and total heat release of polyurethane decreased to 193.6kW/m2 and 9.35MJ/m2 from 288.7kW/m2 and 15.87MJ/m2,which indicated good fire-retardancy.In addition,the materal's tensile strength was improved.
