不同溶剂配比对单轴共纺PVDF/PEI纤维薄膜性能影响的研究

摘要 聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)为8/2(质量比)的混合聚合物溶解在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、四氢呋喃(THF)不同比例的混合溶剂中。利用静电纺丝技术制备PVDF/PEI复合纤维薄膜。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和拉伸实验考察THF含量对其微观结构、结晶度和力学性能的影响。结果显示:在电场力作用下,PVDF晶型由α晶型向β晶型和δ晶型转化,且随着THF含量的增加,PVDF/PEI复合纤维薄膜结晶度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率呈现出先增大后减小。当DMF/THF质量比为7/3时,复合薄膜结晶度、断裂伸长率最大分别为31.27%、23.5327%。 According to the mass ratio of 8/2,polyvinylide fluoride and polyetherimide dissolved in mixed solvent.The mixed solvent was composed of N,N-dimethylformamide and tetrahydrofuran in accordance with the composition of different proportion.Through the electrostatic spining technology,PVDF/PEI composite fiber membrane were prepared.Using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and the mechanical properties testing,Discussing the effect of tertrahydrofurn on composite microstructure,crystallinity and mechanical properties of membrane.Results showed that under the effect of electric field force,the crystal form of polyvinylidene fluoride shaped fromαcrystalline toβcrystalline andδcrystalline.With the increase of tetrahydrofuran(mass ratio),The crystallinity,tensile strength and elongation of membrane increased first and then decreased.When the mass ratio of N,Ndimethylformamide/tertrahydrofurn was 7/3,the maximum crystallinity and maximum elongation of membrane were31.27% and 23.5327% respectively.
