基于静电纺丝技术的防水透湿层压织物的研究 被引量:4

摘要 将聚酯(PET)和聚氨酯(PU)静电纺纳米纤维膜热压在普通织物上,得到的层压织物具有很好的性能。对层压织物进行透气性、透湿性以及耐静水压等性能测试,结果显示,层压织物的性能随着静电纺纳米纤维膜的种类和厚度的不同而有差异。纳米纤维层压织物具有优良的透湿性能,透湿量可达9727.843g/(m^2·d),阻气值不低于14.6kPa/(s·m),且具有很好的手感。 Poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)and polyurethane(PU)electrospun nanofibrous membranes were fabricated directly onto the lining fabrics to dispense the properties of the fabric.Then they were laminated with outer fabrics by hot pressing.The properties of air permeability,moisture permeability and hydrostatic pressure resistance were tested.The results show that the properties of the laminated fabrics are different because of various kinds and thickness of electrospun nanofibrous membrane.The laminated fabrics with electrospun nanofibrous membrane have excellent moisture permeability.The water vapor transmission reach up to 9727.843g/(m2·d).The fabrics have good windproof property with their air resistance value of no less than 14.6kPa/(s·m).In addition,the laminated fabrics with electrospun nanofibrous membrane have good hand feeling.
