摘要
通过在聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)中加入不同结构的季鏻盐成核剂,混溶后溶液浇铸法成膜,考察季鏻盐成核剂、添加量及成膜温度对PVDF结晶行为的影响,筛选出成膜温度为25℃,添加3%三苯基十八烷基溴化鏻可以得到极性晶型含量较多的PVDF膜。
By adding different structures of quaternary phosphonium salt as nucleating agent of PVDF in DMAC using solution casting film method,the influence of structure of quaternary phosphonium salts,addition amount and the forming temperature of film on crystallization behavior of PVDF were investigated.The best crystallization condition were:film forming temperature was 25℃,and using 3% octadecyl triphenyl phosphonium bromide as nucleating agent.
