乙二醇醇解不同聚酯面料工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用乙二醇醇解聚酯面料,在相同的醇解工艺下,研究分析4种常见的聚酯(PET)面料高支高密防羽布、珊瑚绒面料、阻燃针织布、85/15涤棉混纺布所得到的醇解产物的差异,并通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重(TGA)、羟值和平均分子量对4种醇解产物分别进行表征。结果表明,当醇解温度为196℃,催化剂占PET质量的0.2%,醇解时间2.0h,乙二醇用量是PET质量的2倍时,涤纶防羽布的转化率可达到77.01%,所得到的醇解产物的分子量最接近对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(BHET)的分子量;同时,由于阻燃针织布中含有磷系阻燃剂2-乙基苯基次膦酸(CEPPA),热稳定性提高,因此阻燃针织布的转化率略低于其他3种织物,且4种醇解产物中BHET单体的含量分别为40.08%、38.50%、37.83%、35.80%,均含有二聚物和三聚物。 The polyester fabric was degraded by using ethylene glycol,at the same alcohol solution process,analyzed the difference of four kinds of alcoholysis products which were got through degrading Down-proof fabric,coral velvet fabric,flame retardant knitted fabric,85/15polyester/cotton blended fabric by ethylene glycol.Characterization of the alcoholysis products were investigated by FT-IR,DSC,TGA,the hydroxyl value and the average molecular weight.The results indicated that when the temperature nearly 196℃,0.2% Zn(AC)_2·2H_2O of PET weight,the alcoholysis time was 2.0h,the weight of ethylene glycol was 2.0doubles than PET,the conversion rate of Down-proof fabric can reach 77.01%,the molecular weight of its alcoholysis product closest to the molecular weight of BHET.At the same time,since the flame retardant knitted fabric containing phosphorus-based flame retardant(CEPPA),its thermal stability was improved,so its conversion rate was lower than the other three fabrics.And four kinds of ethylene terephthalate(BHET)monomers content in the alcoholysis products were 40.08%,38.50%,37.83%,35.80%,respectively,all contained dimer and trimer.
