应用PowerPoint在多媒体教室中开展教学活动 ,备课时要注意站在整体的角度从替代“板书”、综合灵活的呈现文本与情景、“动画”效果设计等几个方面去设计每一张演示幻灯片的框面内容。备课制作时 ,注意巧用PowerPoint的各项基本功能 ,可以提高备课的工作效率 ,如注意配合使用“Enter”和“Shift”键 ,来制作分段“动画”显示 ;利用“复制”和“双击”的功能 ,加快图画制作速度 ;注意“分类”制作 ,进行“动画”设置等。应用PowerPoint进行课堂教学 ,还要注意配合使用“临时画笔”、“黑屏”、光学投影仪等辅助手段 ,提高课堂教学效果。

When using PowerPoint to teach in classroom equipped with multimedia appliance ,we should pay attention to something , such as how to replace the blackboard text, how to show the text and scene agilitily and integratedly and how to design motion picture ,and so on. When prepare for lessons, we can make full use of the basic function of PowerPoint and improve the efficiency. Besides When using PowerPoint we should use some assistant method to enhance the instructional effect , such as 'brush' ,'black screen' and optic projector, etc.
