摘要 为了明确铁红环氧酯底漆在沿海潮湿环境中的劣化过程,采用局部电化学阻抗谱(LEIS)技术和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术研究了铁红环氧酯底漆在海水介质中干湿循环条件下的失效过程。结果表明:铁红环氧酯底漆在干湿循环条件下对Q345R钢的防护性能呈阶段性变化。在海水渗入初期,涂层表面随机分布大量的高阻抗点,涂层的防护性能与完好涂层相差很少;但在海水渗透涂层后,整体阻抗值明显降低,同时试样表面随机分布的高阻抗点数量有所减少,导致涂层防护性能发生明显下降,Q345R钢基材开始被腐蚀。 The failure behavior of iron red epoxy primer under cyclic wet-dry conditions in seawater was studied by LEIS and EIS.Results showed that the protective performance of iron red epoxy primer for Q345 R steel under cyclic wet-dry conditions presented staggered transformation.At the initial stage of seawater penetration,lots of high-impedance points were distributed randomly on the surface of coating,and the protective performance of coating differed little from that of complete coating.While the coating was penetrated by seawater,the whole impedance value decreased significantly,and the number of high-impedance points distributed randomly on the surface of coating reduced to some extent,which led to the apparently decreased protective performance and the beginning of corrosion for0345 R steel substrate.
