摘要
为了扩大等离子合金化的应用范围,研究了Cr,Ni合金化成分和工艺参数对45钢等离子合金化层显微硬度和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:合金粉末成分和等离子工艺参数对合金化层显微硬度影响不大,但对耐蚀性能影响较大;等离子合金化过程中由于Cr有较大烧损需用较快扫描速度;等离子合金化可以在45钢表面获得较高的耐蚀性能,具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to expand the application field of plasma alloying technology,the influences of Cr and Ni alloyed components and process parameters on the micro-hardness and corrosion resistance of plasma alloying coating on 45 steel were studied.Results showed that alloyed powder components and the process parameters of plasma alloying affected the micro-hardness of alloying coating little,while had large effect on corrosion resistance.In plasma alloying process,faster scanning speed was needed to avoid excessive loss of Cr.In general,plasma alloying could modify the surface of 45 steel with excellent corrosion resistance,and it had favorable application foreground.
