摘要 为了探究管线钢L360Q在CO2体系气田采出水中的腐蚀行为,采用电化学法、失重法、扫描电镜及能谱分析技术,针对国内某气田腐蚀环境,研究了气田模拟采出水中温度、腐蚀时间、腐蚀介质流态对L360Q腐蚀的影响。结果表明:温度升高导致L360Q开路电位负移,阻抗值减小;而随着腐蚀时间的延长,开路电位正移,阻抗值增大。温度的升高加速了L360Q的腐蚀;随着腐蚀时间的延长,L360Q腐蚀速率下降,L360Q在模拟气田水中的腐蚀产物主要为FeCO_3。腐蚀介质的流动能够提高L360Q的腐蚀速率。 The purpose of this paper was to investigate the corrosion behavior of L360Q(carbon steel) pipeline steel in CO_2 system produced water in gas field.Electrochemistry measurement,weight loss method,scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) were used to study the influences of temperature,corrosion time and flow of corrosive medium on corrosion behavior in a certain simulation of gas field water according to the practical corrosion environment.Results indicated that open circuit potential of L360 Q shifted negatively and the resistance value decreased.In addition,the open circuit potential shifted positively and the resistance value increased by extending the corrosion time.The increase of temperature accelerated the corrosion rate of L360 Q,and the corrosion rate decreased with the increase of the corrosion time.The corrosion products of L360 Q in the simulated gas field water were mainly FeCO_3.Besides,the flowing of corrosive medium improved the corrosion rate of L360 Q.
