摘要
本文运用DEA-Malmquist指数方法对农业全要素生产率及其构成的指数进行了测算,并以此为基础,通过省级动态面板数据的GMM方法分析了各因素对农业全要素生产率及其构成影响。得出的主要结论是,农村金融发展水平、对外开放程度、外资投入水平、工业化程度及农业灌溉率对中国农业全要素生产率产生显著的促进作用,而农业要素投入水平和自然灾害水平对中国农业全要素生产率产生阻碍作用,并通过影响效应分解和区域化差异角度进行了深入分析,根据结论得出相应启示。
With the help of the DEA Malmquist index method, the paper estimates the index of agricultural total factor productivity and its components,based on which various factors affecting agricultural totalfactor productivity and its components are analyzed by means of GMM. It is concluded that the degree of ruralfinancial development, opening, foreign investment, industrialization and agricultural irrigation has a positiveeffect on the total factor productivity of China＇s agriculture while the agricultural inputs and natural disastershave a negative effect. Finally, by further analyzing the effect decomposition and regional differences, someimplications are presented.
