摘要
采用兔脑冷冻伤实验模型研究脑水肿时膜磷脂代谢障碍。检测脑冷冻伤后1min、30min、6h、24h冷冻灶周围脑组织膜磷脂花生四烯酸代谢产物的变化规律。发现冷冻伤后极早期病灶周围脑组织TXB_2。显著升高(P<0.01),6-Keto-PGF_(1α)亦升高(P<0.02),但T/6比值严重失调,早期猛增10倍。同时期内,冷冻灶周围脑组织水含量递增。伊文思蓝染色至30min组才蓝染,并随时相增剧。研究结果提示脑冷冻伤后早期出现冷冻灶周围脑细胞膜磷脂代谢障碍。
Cold-injured brain edema(BE) modelwas produced on NZW rabbit for resear-ch of brain phospholipid metabolic dist-urbance. Experimental rabbits were kill-ed 1', 30', 6h & 24h respectively afterthe implement of cold-injury. TXB_2 con-tent in brain tissue increased sharply at1' group on comparison with controlgroup (P<0. 01), 6-keto-PGF_(1α) contentwas also elevated (P<0.02), but lessthan TXB_2, making the ratio of TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_(1α) 10 times increase. Thesefindings showed that the early metabo-lic disturbance of neuronal membranalphospholipid may occur in the peri-fo-cal cold-injuried brain tissue.
