摘要
在以集体维权为观察对象的研究中,维权组织的内部管理规则是学界关注较少的问题。以H市"城中村"改造中八里墩维权组织的内部管理规则为基础,从该组织在维权领袖及维权骨干分子的产生与职责分工、维权经费的收支管理、维权会议的举行以及议事规则等方面入手,分析其内部管理规则。作为底层抗争的一个重要内因,内部管理规则深刻地影响着维权效果的好坏、维权组织持续时间的长短以及维权行为的理性程度。
The study treats the collective human rights as the subject.The internal management rule of rights-safeguarding organization is the research field to which academia pays less attention.Based on internal management rules of rightssafeguarding organization in the village of'Ba li dun'during the period of the reconstruction of urban village in H city,this paper analyzes internal management rules and its operations in grass-root rights-keeping organizations from the the following aspects:generation and division between leaders and key members,the management of organization funds and holding meeting and the rules of negotiation.As an important internal reason for bottom resistance,internal management rules have profound influences on the quality of right-keeping effect,the duration of the organization and rational degree of rights-safeguarding behaviors.
